I rode more than 130 miles this past Saturday - from Southbury Connecticut through the West side of Manhattan and then over to New Jersey right onto Interstate 78 to Bedminster. It's fascinating what you see while riding on a motorcycle; things you've never seen before while driving in a car. It's almost as if the entire planet is rolling under you; and maybe that's what's really happening? I'll never know for sure, but the whole thing really brings home to life what my instructor (one of the guys that taught me to ride) said during my first lesson, "You never see anyone on a bike that isn't smiling."

If your sick of me talking about the Yamaha Stratoliner, then you might want to stop reading at this point because I'm going to start talking about it again ;-) Now if this isn't a cruiser rider's dream, then I'm just insane. Look at this bike - what don't you love about it? For those of you who share my sentiment, this exact bike is up for sale on eBay right now (as of this writing) for less than $12,000. And by the way, if anyone is reading this (fat chance!) and loves Harleys (and I do to, I just think you're paying way too much for American made as well as the brand premium) I'd love to know what you think of Japanese cruisers? Anyone? I'd love some company here...
